Thanks for the help guys. Now I've recieved my application today my budget haso been tweaked! So all is good there. Now I'm panicking as ive checked my noddle report and i have 2 debts which I forgot about! Do i just add them on when sending all my info back? It doesn't take me over the £20000 ,think I'm looking at about £12000 in all my debts added together! Also if credit has been used say in the past 2 months can that go against me?0

Hi Suzie
You should just add on any extra creditor info before sending your forms back to Stepchange. If, as you say, the total remains well below £20K it's not an issue.
Re: credit taken out in the past two months, that sort of thing would be looked at on a case by case basis. How large were those more recent debts, what was the money used for e.g. paying off particular creditors like family members, etc etc.
What is more important is to ensure that you do not take out any fresh debts after you have discussed a DRO with Stepchange and requested the application forms, as the Insolvency Service may then conclude that you accrued these extra debts knowing they'd end up getting written off.

It's unusual for Noddle to show something genuine that Experian doesn't (and stepchange will have checked Experian). Anyway, luckily you have discovered these debts in time so make sure they add them. If you don't have the reference number they can mark them ref not known.
I can't see any reason why the application would be declined.0 -
Hi Suzi I had similar with a washing machine and I used my card a month ago. Stepchange lady said it would be better if three month non usage I said I had to use and would argue the case if need be and wanted to proceed. This was ok . It was not questioned and approved as noted above.. Good Luck.0

Hi All,
I am on moratorium period at the moment, my DRO was approved in June this year. My question is in relation to moving abroad, my partner and I are moving out of the UK at the end of this month.
I would be really grateful if someone could advise me on the course of action before I leave the country.
Thank you0 -

Hi Rab
There's nothing to stop you moving but you should inform the DRO Unit of your new address when you move.
The same criteria will apply while you are away - if you acquire assets worth more than 1k or surplus income more than £50 per month, you should inform the unit and the dro will fail.
Apart from that, your moratorium will complete in June next year.0 -
Hi everyone it's me again! So stepchange have all the papers that was requested I recieved an email today letting me know that they were splitting my budget 50/50 between me and my partner as it's my dro not his! So the cogs are turning at the moment. My question is,stepchange sent out letters to my debts stating my dmp is now finished. So I'm getting calls left, right and centre about what's happening! Do i still make a token payment towards my debts or not? Also whats classed as favouring 1 debt over another?0
