I'm going with my local CAB? can I tell I have already seeked advise from debt helpline and just do a straight forward DRO?
i went with the CAB ,they are very good...yes you can tell them but u only have an initial appointment with them anyway and then they will make u an appointment to see the dro adviser....when i phoned them they told me to go on there website and download a copy of there soa to take with you on your first visit, also take ur most recent bank statement and a list of all your creditors,

these were all included as my housekeeping expenses bs...i think thats why my adviser put down more....i suppose it depends who you are going with xx

Didn't u have 2 list them individually 1st tho? & then they add all your other expenditure up & take them away from your income? That's how I'm having 2 do it. But like u say they may all do it differently xxx:)

I've got a minus figure when I've paid all priority debts & I asked my advisor (NDL) about it, as I'd heard the same on here, he said as long as all my expenditure is listed correctly & that is what I'm left with, it's fine. I don't understand as 1 says 1 thing & 1 says another xxx

I'm gonna hav 2 think about it. Won't bore u all by going in2 every detail but I almost died after an anaesthetic 7yrs ago, some allergic reaction. If they could give me a local i'd hav them out 2moro, but I don't think that's possible. get my DRO out of the way 1st, don't want 2 leave my family all my debts, lol :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

one last thing, im taking in my partners statements which is where the WTC and CTC have been going for the last few months but the direct debits for mobile and insurance etc. were coming out of my account which is the one with the overdraft that i need to include on my DRO.
Would i still need to provide statements from that account or could i give staments from another account which i was not using to show my name or is partners statement enough?
