There's a section on the online form for employer details. I asked (in the early days) if the DRO Unit routinely contacted the employer and was told 'only if there's an attachment of earnings order.'
Thanks fatbelly
Haven't heard of an earnings order and she hasn't mentioned anything about one so she should be okay. Will let her know tomorrow.
Many thanks again.0 -

You'd know if you had one. It's where a ccj gets paid direct from your wages0 -

Oh no! I was hoping you would have heard from her today. I hope she's managed to call IS today so that it could be rectified sooner rather than later. Keep us informed Scarlet. I sat up in2 the early hours filling in my form for NDL & when I've looked at it again this morning, I've calculated my final expenditure without my housekeeping! So had to phone & ask for new forms to be sent through & I need to start all over again! I'm using pencil next time :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I am a Leo...& as such I will defend my "pride" ferociously....you have been warned!0 -

That's a very positive way to look at itI suppose that way, if it does get corrected it's a bonus. I definately will take more care next time when it comes to filling any of the forms in......................or at least attempt to fill them in in daylight hours!! I didn't realise CAB had a SOA form on their website. I've used the one on the NDL site but the forms they send you don't include some of the expenditure boxes that are on the website, think that could be why I went wrong as I was copying my SOA from the one I'd saved on the website. I'll definately be putting it down on paper first this time

have a look at the ones on CABs website it might give you a few ideas, you could even print one off, i dont suppose ndl will mind as long as its done right0

one thing i meant to tell you....i dont know if ndl do the same but i should imagine they do.....when they work out your benefits they do it over 52 wks...for example.....i get £96 a wk which in my book comes to £384 a month...they do it like this...£96 x 52 =£4992 divided by 12 =£416 so do make sure it still comes under the £50 benchmark...iv no idea why they do this cuz it doesnt make you get any extra money each month....weird :question::question:0
