ROFL

Just got back from Sainsburys and found the £2.37 chocolate panetonne before this was posted. IT'S HUGE!
But as me and my other half had flu over Xmas and lost about half a stone each, I think we deserve it :rotfl:0 -

Thanx OP
That's odd. They were reduced to 37p in my local store
they might scan differently to SEL?
I wish I'd bought more xmas puds. They expire in 2010. I didn't notice until I'd got home and it is too cold to go back for more:D0 -
Managed to buy four packets of Mr. K. mince pies in Ashford - didn't buy any more as trying to be healthy. However, my daughter, another bargain hunter came home with another five boxes. Oh well, just have to leave the diet for a bit longer! All mince pies were 37p by the way.0

Nothing left in Newbury Park. I still wouldn't give up on the panettone though, these can usually be found at the 99p shop in February. I remember watching a Giorgio Locatelli on TV saying not to buy at Christmas (too expensive?) but wait until afterwards. Makes a great breakfast with a cup of tea! Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
