The water coming out of my hot water taps in both the kitchen & bathroom is only luke warm but the the hot water coming out of my shower is red hot as it should be. The strange thing is that they are all fed from the same hot water storage tank which is always full of hot water. How can this be? Please help.0

update. we dug up the soakaway and found a large number house bricks etc just past the man hole! it seems when the farm house bought the field they used a jcb to level the it. i doing so they could have knocked the cover off and the bricks fell in!0
