Or you can just rub on the cleanser then splash it off with water, and then apply toner with cotton wool pad.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0

Got mine from QVC as well, many thanks, I have never used this before, how is everyone finding it. I seem to be making a bit of a meal of it I think, cotton wool everywhere!
I am rubbing the cleanser in first them wiping off with cotton wool, then squirting some toner on another piece and wiping my face with this. I am liz earle cleanse and polish fan and I am a feeling like I am not really cleaning my face, am I dong it right?
They have a video demo at the link below

Thanks everyone for the replies, I run on firefox and for some reason it does not allow me to watch the little video clips on QVC. I think I just need a bit more practice!0

I got a letter from QVC today (bit late) advising the price was an error, but as a gesture of good will they are honoring the price!I Hate Jobsworths!!!0

I got one too, what a waste of money sending it out. We have all had the stuff ages now!0

:rotfl:Quite agree, what a pointless exercise writing to us all! If they had charged it at £49 now I would have just return the (empty) bottles under their 30 day returns policy!0

Thaks to you guys for posting that QVC had sent you a letter to confirm that they would honour the price. I had received a mail from them saying that it was an error and that I would have to pay full price. Wasn't happy, but after hearing that you had been allowed to purchase at what they admitted was an erroneous price - it spurred me on. After email tennis with CS today, they have now agreed to honour the price - just got to wait for the stuff to get back in stock.
Thanks again you lovely MSE's !:T0 -
Agree with you all its pointless - they couldn't have asked for more money could they?
jo91 Glad you got yours sorted - were you on the waitlist? did they give you any indication of when it would be arriving? I thought it was only if they had it in within 90 days. Reason I ask is MIL ordered after I told her about it and she is on 'waitlist', we didn't think she'd get it now0
