Well done to those who managed to get this at the bargain prie. I had to phone QVC and place the order with one of their CS people who confirmed the price and I got a confirmation email (for the combination version) on waitlist. When I popped onto their site the other day I noticed that another option of it (Dry) was no longer waitlist - so bobbed them a mail to request that they revise my order to this option as it was currently available. The mail I got back was a bit of a cop out - and stated that the price of £17.91 was an error and would I like to order at the normal, full price. Any guidance in where I would stand on this much appreciated0

Got mine from QVC as well, many thanks, I have never used this before, how is everyone finding it. I seem to be making a bit of a meal of it I think, cotton wool everywhere!
I am rubbing the cleanser in first them wiping off with cotton wool, then squirting some toner on another piece and wiping my face with this. I am liz earle cleanse and polish fan and I am a feeling like I am not really cleaning my face, am I dong it right?0 -
bootman - just put a little of the cleanser onto the cotton wool then gently wipe the cotton wool around your face- then do exactly the same with the toner on a new bit of cotton wool0
