I just phoned customer services (0800 514131) who placed the order at £17.? for my normal/combination - and, bizarrely - given that online it says that it's on waitlist - have given me a delivery date of 13th Jan.
Worth a try for others that want this. Thanks again OP!

Just ordered by phone. Good thing I checked how much I was being charged for she was going to charge £49.99. Had to remind her that online still ~£17 so she went and checked then came back and said she would honour the price. Also was going to charge £5 postage but reneged to online price. QVC looking into the price apparently as sems to be error so if anyone still wants it better hurry up.
On waitlist so hope I get it - fantastic product especially the price for these size bottles. Should last me the year.:j

I have rung up and they said I would receive it at the reduced price.

I ordered by cheque online, just looked at my account, and it's still showing as £19.25 each - 'in process'.

Hi i went on the website last night around 11pm, but it said that I had to phone in to order.

Went on website this morning and it is now saying its back to the normal price £49, do you think its still worth rining up and saying that the price quoted to me on website last night was £19.25?
