That's a bit rough MM, hope you get it sorted.

Thanks for the link Nicki, I will look into that, can't remember what or if I claimed anything back then.

Hope yours turns out well Jen, good luck

That's great Jen, I'm really glad that you should get the money :). I've tried to find my dads P60 from that year but can't, so if he can't find it I'm going to make him call then. I suspect that with having 4 kids he probably did get it, but it's worth a shot.

    That's a pain about dooyoo mm :(.

I wouldn;t know were to start for looking for my P60 that long ago and I didn;t earn 6k as was only working a few hours. Sure as ** not going to give my ex's name for it so I think I'll let this one pass me by. I also don't want to mess up my current tax credits claim

yukki it says on the bottem of the sheet is will not effect currant tax claims.
if you phone your local tax office they will tell you if you have had it but without your ex's they won't be able to say if he claimed it

there is a section for a parent in a couple who wants to claim independantly for childrens tax credit

the money has already been allocated we just haven't claimed it because we didn't know

I need to read that again, I thought it said it will affect your current claim

    Notes:-

*Making a claim does affect your current or future entitlement to Working or Child Tax Credits
    *Your Marital status is irrelevant

I've just copied that from the link and it says does affect. Is it a typo? That's what put me off persuing it

Yukki, are you a guide on dooyoo? I think I remembered something about it a while back but am not 100%. I was wondering if there is a way to get rid of a review that is factually incorrect i.e. someone writing a review about tattoos about a place that doesn't actually do them...?
