Morning all
Belated birthday wishes to Fay & lillie.
Bhb - so sorry to hear your news. I hope you are feeling better also well done on not drinking.
Stroppy & Jo - hope you both feel better soon.
Still on the naughty bench ( or is it step ?) so still 16 for me HS.
HS - thank you for doing the scoring this month - you have done a brilliant job.
I would like to thank you all for helping me get through this month ( hopefully 17 AFD tonight) . I so look forward to reading all your posts - it takes so long that I never seem to have time to post myself.
Love you all,
Have a good day

Morning all,
Morning 40SM, I'm the same re the reading and not having time to post! Usually I'm at work or sat at home with OH constantly asking me who I'm talking to lol! Congtrats on your 16 (maybe 17) days for April, that really is a great job :T
Had a predictable night, couldn't sleep due to AF'ness, then maybe half hour sleep, then cough cough cough cough cough  hoping by tomorrow the anti-b's will starting kicking in. Still, least I don't have a hangover!!
Speak to you all later, I gotta shoot to work!!

Morning everyone
I'm sure theres something skewed in my brain. Last night, gone 11 o clock, I went and opened a bottle of wine and drank it in pretty much just over an hour. Then proceeded to have a row with OH when he gently suggested I came to bed.
WHY do I do this??? I'd managed to avoid it all evening so what happens that suddenly makes us do this??
I feel so awful this morning, slightly hungovered and feeling really bad about how I treated OH.
Perhaps I AM an all or nothing person. Maybe completely giving up is the only option for me as I just don't have the ability to stop once I've started.
I remembered Fays post from last week. I've gone through each stage this morning. The feeling carp, the checking texts and e-mails sent, and the apologies. OH very fed up with me and I can't blame him.
Am looking forward to May now. Budgie, are you doing the "Improve Me" challenge thing? I think its a good idea as I think a lot of drinking is due to low self esteem and maybe we all need things to buck us up. My challenge will be to do my Paul McKenna CD and lose at least 6 pounds. Think thats achievable without too much pressure.
Anyway, onto more cheerful things. Piglet seems in a very good mood. Got fruit on his dressing gown this morning, took it off, put it in the washing machine and started it off! Right programme and everything! No detergent mind ...oh well!:rotfl:
Piglet is off to nursery at 1pm so I'm going to research alcohol free cocktails / drinks on the internet. Think if I can make a nice non-alcoholic drink then I won't miss the alcohol. Thats the theory anyway.
Anyway, have good days all.
Miss P

Hold onto this and think of it next time you are tempted to have an unplanned drink.;)
Good morning to everyone else and thanks to HS for doing the scoring in April. You did a great job.
Budgie...I have been thinking about your May challenge and am thinking that I will try and get my weight back under control.I am 3pounds over my target weight AGAIN, so my plan is to get back into target or maybe just under by the end of May.Having said that I am away to Majorca in a couple of weeks:D
My plan is to admit to you all on here anything that I have eaten above my allowances every day(except when on holiday).Maybe this will make me think more before I eat chocolate;)
Put me down for 31 please:D:D:D:j
See you later
