Well got a last minute call as we were on our way to have our last Paella-- a real treat with a glass of white Vino Colapso. There was one more teddy and some hats from the knitting group. So now I am going to pack all the donations in with the wine--- what state will they be in after a 36 hour trip !!!But before that I put them in the sun in the garden and this is how they looked !!

And then I felt a little sorry for them all as it really is a long time to be packed away without any substanance (( OH my goodness I seriously need Grandchildren before I get certified !!!) so I made a little Spanish picnic for them !!! Oh just looked amused as did our neighbours !!!

  • CHALKY 75 some of the wee teddies sure looked like they needed a feed..........so glad you care about them enough to give them a pre trip pick-a-knicker. You have a sunshine bus and we have a MAJIC BUS - yep DH plays/sings the same song the whole time he is driving so I volunteer to drive so that we can get a change of music it really wears thin afer a couple of hours. Have a good trip back to the UK, but you will keep in touch won't you?

  • PRFUNGI - Pam did I read somewhere on here that you were up for translating the interwoven blanket (Loving Hands - Ireland) from crochet into knitting? If it was you I would be interested - think I can manage it as long as its just plain knitting.
Jean in France (handed in my notice as PA to Mioliere-less than a week to go I hope)
