2020 the year of less - Less debt, less waste, less spending, less stuff, less stress!0 -
Happy 2008 everyone, this thread has been a great inspiration to me and many others during 2008 :T
My Dad went shopping to B&Q yesterday looking for bargains and came away with a free (real) Christmas Tree! It is now in his porch while he wonders what to do with it :rotfl: It did make me chuckle! Very MSE of him I thought.
Had a lovely night out with the girls last night, our meal was overcooked and quite rotten really but the company was wonderful and I laughed and laughed. Did not end up spending too much in the end either so was pleased but every penny spent was worth it.
Today I am going to set up a 2009 file with information on the various challenges from here I want to do this year, and also goals for the year etc. I really want to make the most of this year. I also have some decluttering to do and get some bags ready for the charity shop. Will be a NSD as everywhere is shut, just have to try my best to keep away from the Body Shop Sale website, lots of lovely things on there
