no - I checked on line - no query from them, and no respone to yesterdays email from me checking either. Maybe he's gone away.

18 months ago I sent a laptop special delivery and it never showed as delivered, it just showed as 'tracking is currently not available for this item', and stayed that way.

I was distraught as RM insisted it had 'probably' been delivered and I knew I would lose a paypal claim and eventually I managed to contact the seller who confirmed that the laptop had arrived. I remained intemsely peeved though as the RM refused to officially confirm delivery and I knew until the full 6 months had passed for a CC chargeback I always ran the risk of the buyer starting a chargeback. Luckily the buyer was a good honest one and the 6 months passed without incident.

Yes, thats what worries me too.

I checked the buyer's activity on Ebay and he did a BIN on another item on the 30th so it doesn't look like he's gone away.

I'll just have to sweat (I will anyway, I have the Flu full on).

I'm sorry I can't think of anything useful to add. I do hope you get over your flu though, remember plenty of liquids and go back to bed now and forget ebay for a while.

Thanks. am in bed (maybe thats too much info!). Got a nose bleed now too, not sure if its from the flu or Ebay.

Typically this is the same item I tried to sell the week befor christmas and got the fraudulant paypal payment for. I think I might be doomed.

the problem is with the RMGTT guns it only takes a missed scan at one critical point in the delivery office to create tracking issues

Also dont forget to make a claim for either late delivery or not recorded correctly.

I have managed to get full refunds on all SD items that were delivered after 1pm and i think you get an extra £5 if it's a day late.

Also got a book of first class stamps for every recorded item that had been delivered but not scanned as delivered.

If more and more people do this maybe it will get themselves into gear.

As i had my account limited by paypal and they wanted a few details one of which was the last 3 items tracked, 2 were fine but the other whcih was delivered but as RM did not ask for a signature it did not show this and this could have resulted in my account in being locked for 6 months and my money stuck there.

Only because of someone that i'm very grateful for i managed to get this sorted.

Well the packet is still missing. The sorting office hadn't replied to CS inquiry about the packet.

Unfortunatley the buyer is now saying "Where is it"

RM have promised a ring back today, I'll believe it when I hear it :mad:
