When I worked at BT it was a dedicated team who did it, not a 'normal' advisor. The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 20

Trust me, those complaints are passed right back down the line and giving to an advisor working offline, sometimes a team manager will deal and are listed that it was from the chairmans office or sent to CEO.
Those complaints will be dealt with faster as a result of it going through the Chairman/CEO
Hmm Top, I would check your internal process or even speak with your manager who can provide you clear answers on this subjet. BT do have an internal process for dealing with these types of complaints, which does not include passing back to "normal advisors" unless it is specific to that advisor in some way.* INFORMER *Life is too short for serial complainers.
