As you are already suspended it is going to be very difficult to get reinstated as it is a Catch 22 situation as until you can improve your standing you can't be reinstated and you can't do that until you are reinstated.

Negs are a fact of life but a good business should be able to cope with the odd one or two as long as you keep your stars high (at least 4.6* and above) and have no other dashboard issues. If you have been suspended with such high feedback then obviosuly something went wrong for a while, can you identify what went wrong and maybe change your business practice in that area?

Meanwhile this is one of th eonly occasions wher it might pay to contact buyers who have not yet left feedback explaining that some positive feedback would assist if they felt able to leave any. If you can get some more positive feedback your account, if only on the 30 day suspension, should be unblocked.

  • Yes its only the 30 day suspention and i have 10 day sleft isell live stock and dry goods and yes i probdo deserve maybe 50% of the negs for my own negligence but i feel i could have resolved the others if full contact was made my score is 98.4 and most dsr at 4.5 or above p&pis 4.8 ithink its since neutrals have such a bad effect on me that make a difference as some feedback is very petty likenot as colourful as picture as live stock does change all the time so im not sure what to do can anyone recommend a good auction site that gets a good few hits cheers

The fact that you have had to ask about an alternative site probably means you have answered your own question. There are other sites, unfortunately they are not well visted by buyers, try ebid or Tazbar and see if they look suitable for your business at all.

Ebay also prohibit most livestock sales, and ebid tend to take a blinder eye to things than ebay, so if you got away with it on ebay then I don't see why you wouldn't also get away with it on ebid.

I am currently suspended this is why i am trying to get some removed i watched it on martins program on gmtv he said there was a law that the buyer had to provide proof the item was faulty as you would have to with any retaill shop before obtaining a refund

and the same for feedback they should allow me enough time to resolve the matter i.e more than 1 hour to reply or at least email me to resolve this

Any morehelp on this would be great also acan anyone recommend any other auction sites i am in the process of setting up my own site but you just cant beat ebay for it audience

    It's all over.

    2 options.

    1. Open a new account, not that easy any more and it may well just go the same way as the old one anyway.

    2. Find a new way to sell whatever it is you sell, google base, amazon, ebid, website, loot etc.

*Never* rely on just ebay as a source of income.

    The ebay policies are here:

    http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/wildlife.html

animals and wildlife items are prohibited apart from the following:
    • Aquarium or pond fish, snails or similar creatures.
    • Lobsters, crabs, shellfish and other similar creatures that are live when sold but intended for human consumption.
    • Live insects, crickets and worms used as bait or feeder food for pets.
In addition, eBay permits the sale of hatching eggs provided the seller offers domestic-only shipping within the UK.
Plants and seeds fall into the questionable area:
