Unless you meet one of the criteria on this page http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/feedback-withdrawal-removal.html

I don't think you can have it removed.

At the end of the day, feedback is the buyers view on the transaction, so provided they have paid they are entitled to their opinion.

Not quite sure which law prevents a customer leaving their opinion, but you can leave a response to any feedback through the feedback console.

You need to do something about that, it only takes a few negs and you'll be banned forever.

You must find some more income streams (Amazon ebid etc) otherwise you could find yourself in real trouble, ebay is not a reliable business partner.

Strangely enough I agree with Dave Brooker here. With all these sites it does pay to have a second back up site s it is so easy to get suspended. i am a little worried as at the moment I have virtually all my stuff entirely on Amazon and having got a very bad negative just before Christmas (now removed) it occured to me how precarious my income was.

I have to make a conscious decision to list a bit more on Ebay just so I had a good turn over on feedback in case I have to go back there for my main online income. I also kept my account open on ebid for the same reason although I haven't bothered listing there again yet .

  • I am currently suspended this is why i am trying to get some removed i watched it on martins program on gmtv he said there was a law that the buyer had to provide proof the item was faulty as you would have to with any retaill shop before obtaining a refund

and the same for feedback they should allow me enough time to resolve the matter i.e more than 1 hour to reply or at least email me to resolve this

Any morehelp on this would be great also acan anyone recommend any other auction sites i am in the process of setting up my own site but you just cant beat ebay for it audience
