Can't believe Wynn have rooms at $129! Wish I was going this year, but need to sort wedding date and then I can start planning my honeymoon. Woo hoo. Thinking V or Wynn for a few nights. I loved V last time round. So jealous of everyone going soon :(
Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!

Hi,Going to Vegas for the second time in April for my 40th and wanna take in a few shows , can anybody recommend a site or a place in Vegas to get cheap tickets from as I'm worried about getting ripped offThanks

Sew recommended goldstar which is a good one (also agree that vegas.com is a rip-off)...if it's Cirque shows you are after, sign up for Cirque Club (it's free) and check their exclusive offers - many times 25%-35% off.

    http://www.cirquedusoleil.com/CirqueDuSoleil/en/clubcirque/landing

    And also

http://shows.travelzoo.com/las-vegas-shows/ compiles a lot of the good deals out there at any given time.

In all cases, they change regularly so worth checking back.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

Actually, if you give us an idea what shows you're after, we may be able to tell you if you can just wait and go to the 1/2 price booths when in town...some shows are always available there so no point in booking in advance unless you can get just as good of a deal.

I know you are new on here, so for you and everyone else, please, please read the first few posts on this thread. Tretts has worked really hard on it and for you not to bother reading it at least just clogs the board up. The 2 questions you have asked are answered on the first page. not a particular dig at you as such, but this is early days on the new 09 thread and if last year is anything to go by, MSE will run out of bandwidth with us alone
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

...........of which there are five or six around Vegas called tix4tonite - one at FSM, one at Coke Bottle, one at Hawaiian Market, One at 4 Queens.

Get there 9am and your at the front for 10am opening. Get there 10am and its still an hour queue but the best stuff has gone.

Go back next day with ticket stub from previous day and you get the VIP line ie str8 to the front.

If you had bothered to read the last couple of posts you would have seen that stoneman has already said that this information is on Page 1.

It is a friendly forum  but the same questions are asked over and over again and a quick search woould have brought up loads of info on the signature. there are also loads of links on the first page with who to book (whatever) with.
