I noticed earlier in the Netto special offers on their website, starting on Monday 5th Jan
Butchers can of dog food (tripe & chicken) its a big can (800g I think) plus 50% free - 99p per can
Chappie Dry dog food 15kg bag + 2kg free - £12.99
Whiskas cat food 20 tins + 4 free - £10.99
Don't know if they are good prices?? Hope it helps
Does anyone know where I can get Natures Menu frozen blocks of dog food from ar a reasonable price??
Thanks CC:rotfl:

There is a big difference in the quality of canned dog food. Most seem to contain very little meat, around 4% on average and over 80% water (listed as "moisture!). The Aldi brand, Julius, has 14% meat and costs around 70 pence for a 1.25 kg can.
For dry food I suggest petsathome.com which has products such as Iams on special offer - 3 times 3 kg bags for the price of 2 or 2 times 15 kg bags with 50% off the second bag. Delivery is included if you spend £50.0 -
asda are doing packs of 12 cans of butchers for £3 today which is cheap as it is but when they scanned at the till they went through at (i think) 48p or something equally ridiculous.:beer:0

Hi, I too used to buy Asda own brand food until they put the price up. I have been using netto's now about 2 pound for 6 cans either with gravy or just chunks!!! The butchers on offer was only liver mine didn't like it.0
