Added home-phone to broadband contract so when does it end?

Hi all, new to this board, have searched but couldn't find a similar thread and was hoping someone could help me please. I took up the free laptop offer last year and signed up to orange broadband for 18 months. 6 months later I upgraded to their home phone as well for a set price for the 2. Does that mean my original contract has been extended or can I cancel the broadband now the original 18 months over and change to another provider?
The reason I ask is my laptop is getting knackered and I was hoping to get another free one somehow!
