Orange PAYG Siemens A62 £10 Delivered!!

1 week after ordering, my order was refused, I contacted them by email eventually after 3 emails got a phone number 0800 for orange. I wanted the phone for 10 pounds as the price had now risen to 18.99 - So this is why it was necessary to ask them to overturn the original order.

Phoned on a Friday, told them my card details were correct and I am an existing orange customer, so they check it and say "yes you are" and they say they will email (the online sales people) to get them to reconsider the descision (not to sell).

Phoned back on Tuesday, a response from them by email recieved "have passed this on to Pat"

Phoned back Wednesday no further response, I think I asked him to resend the request.

Phoned back Thursday no further response, ask him to follow it up again he assigns an "urgent" to the email, which he says means it will be dealt with in 24 hours.

Phoned back Saturday No further response, he suggests phone on Monday then we can phone them.

Phone Monday, he phones them and says the person on the other end asked for him to resend the email it will be dealt with straight away why not just tell her the order ref# on the phone and tell her the details are correct and he is an existing customer? But ok, phone back later on today is suggested.

Phoned back 1 hour later.....Order has been processed, phone has been posted :j

Still no phone, phoned today because I thought that they would have tracking on it and would be able to tell me where it was.

They did tell me where it was, it has not even been sent for dispatch. So she assured me it has now been sent and will arrive tomorrow! Yeah right.
