You will need a computer with a Cd burner for this
Download Avira Anvir Rescues system
http://www.free-av.com/en/tools/12/avira_antivir_rescue_system.html
The file has its own inbuilt burner make sure a blank disc is in the drive then open it and follow the open screen prompts. Then take the disc out place it in the infected computer then boot from the disc. If you put the disc in while the computer was already booting up you will need to restart it again so it boots from the disc first.
Most computers have the boot order to boot from disc first but this is sometimes not the case. You will need to change the boot order in the bios. You need to either repeatedly tap or hold the key listed here as soon as the computer is turned on.
Computer or BIOS Keys to press .
Acer Ctrl-Alt-Esc
ALR PC Ctrl-Alt-Esc or F2
AMI BIOS Del or F1 or F2
Aptiva F1

Hewlett Packard F1
IBM Older models hold down both mouse buttons
IBM PS/1 late model Value Point and 330s F1

Fortiva 5000 Ctrl-Alt-A

Ok guys when I had this problem, this is what I did courtsey of the gurus on this site.
As the laptop was booting, I started pressing F8 and it took me to safe mode, from there I scrolled to safemode with networking. Logged in and downloaded MBAM. It detected so many malwares and removed them. Afterwards, to be double sure all the nasties are gone I downloaded superantispyware, that detected some few nasties too. Then, the grandmaster ccleaner. Finally downloaded AVIRA.
As cleans as ice now!!You can't keep a good man down...0
