OSPS Mistakes with new contracts..!

Had 3 phones with OSPS on orange Cashbac all went smoothly (last one in progress)

Got 3 new handset for this year from them Cash back vouchers arrived read the terms seemed fine.

Was talking to OSPS CS chap about the cashback on the old phones and mensioned the new address for cashbacks. What new address he said. I told him he spoke to his supervisor. There is no new address

I HAVE BEEN SENT THE WRONG CASHBACK FOR THE WRONG COMPANY!

I GOT E2SAVE vouchers also part of OSPS.

The voucher I got had NO COMPANY NAME OR LOGO so please check what you got to save mix ups in future!

Also the Geo number for CS is 01270504400 option 2, then option 7 then wait in Q for a few minutes. Were very helpful.

If anyone has any sway with SAYNOTO0870 please tell them about this number for CS I reported it twice (8 months ago!) and they still do not list it. SayNo is a excellent site.

Likewise, a friend also received the e2save vouchers AND the 3 monthly redemption amounts were wrong. Sounds like a cynical ploy to avoid paying cashbacks. They'd better not keep this tactic up- their staff will be spending a lot of time in the county court!

it's been on there for ages now, just seach for "one stop".

The problem seems to be:

Search for "one stop" lists all the numbers including CS
Search for "onestop" does not list CS !

I think this is due to a match on the "other" field where the search hits the website URL and gets a match.

If the website was added to each record then the problem would be fixed?

My latest osps purchase, no vouchers at all - cs have promised them within 28 days but I am scared given their reputation, I probably should have just sent the phone back under 14 day policy but it was my wifes birthday present....so I guess small claims court action may be on the way (or the vouchers may arrive :-) )
