Exactly what is La Redoute's definition of 7 -10 days.

I got very annoyed with La Redoute's delivery service when they left my parcel in the recycle bin outside my front door, and of course by the time I got home from work it had been recycled. It's not as if they didn't know what the big green box was as the note they left said "parcel in recycle bin".

To their credit La Redoute did apologise unreservedly and arranged a redelivery, although by that time the jacket I wanted had a 10 week lead time. I did ask them to ensure that their delivery people are reminded that bins aren't good places to leave parcels! Although I've had worse from the postman including parcels left on the front doorstep just a metre from the road (as this is central London we're talking about I've always been astonished to find anything still there).
