just collected our golf and table tennis for £9.80, staff did check with manager about the 2p game but manager let us have it as we had reserved it and it is still showing on the website at same price, reserved yesterday, collected today, thanks op

i didnt bother as both games are naff...the mini golf is dreadful and prob not even worth 2p...lol!!

no pint in buying stuff for the sake of it just because its cheap

My local one is Waterlooville (Hampshire). Went back today and checked that it was different staff and tried again and they honoured it :j Thats a pressie for my Godson and my DD for their birthdays. He did say that he had had to honour it for someone else this morning too - did smile as thought it was probably another MSE-er!!

Got another reservation for collection tomorrow at a different store so going to try and get that too.

Seems the glitch has been fixed as going through at proper price now!

It's still working to get 2 Mini golf games for £9.80

I went to another argos close by, and got the crazy golf and carnival games for £9.80. Bearing in mind what people on this thread have said, I went up to the CS with a printout and said 'I got this special on the internet, but when I enter the number, it comes up at full price'.

She had to get the manager to fiddle wiht the till before I could get it, but all was well. I think I'll be selling / swapping the golf if it's no good, but all the reviews say it's lots of fun (opinions?)

Mmm its definitely going funny though. It comes as £9.80 but then when I go to check stock availability it comes up at full price. :cool:
