I'm going for my 9/10 NSD today. I will make it!! I need the boost of getting to my target as last two times I've been too disorganised and haven't managed it. Saturday will be the last one, that's the plan anyway. Cutting it bit fine, but that's how it's working out for me...
    DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!
Proud to have dealt with my debts!

  • I've been slow to sign up, but I have been counting up, because I think this is a great idea. My diary tells me that I have managed 14 so far, so will go for a target of 16 at the end of the month.

    Hiya lovelies,

We're NSDing it again in our house today which makes 24 so far - which with a couple of days still to go is a personal best for me! :j

    I'm a bit worried about next month....

It's the little things that we're used to like the DVDs Hubby would borrow from work. or the cakes he would bring home when they had some left over from a meeting that we will miss as much as the paypacket! :o:D Little unexpected treats like that help keep me on the NSD straight and narrow!

But even though we may struggle, I'm sure we will manage! :p:D

Right, I'm off to negotiate with the bank about our mystery loan, and convince them to refund the PPI and give us a low enough settlement figure that we can pay out of this months wages my "doing the house up" savings and Hubby's meagre redundancy money.

It's either that or we'll activate the PPI and leave them to their own devices. :D

Hubby's over 50 in a major recession who knows when he'll get another job and we'd be able to resume proper payments?

I'll bandy words / phrases like DMP and bankruptcy about, and point out that charging orders aren't much use if the people don't sell up - and we've owned this house for a long time now so there's no reason to suppose we plan to move all of a sudden whilst jobless and in a housing price slump. :p

    Wish me luck!

*girds loins ready to pick up the phone* :D

    Love Jacks xxx :D

Jacks sorry to hear that hubby has been made redundant. Hopefully things will improve when we get a new government in power, I seem to recall that the last time they were in they almost bankrupted the UK and they have done the same again:rolleyes:

Become a member of your local library and borrow DVDs from there.

I have managed my 10th NSD - only two more to go before I reach my target:D
