I'm stuck on 4 NSDs and it doesn't look as if I'll have one now until Monday! Won't make the 20 I'd planned for this month but am hoping I can get another few under my belt by the end of the month.

I'm up to 6 out of my planned 10. I'm finding it quite easy to have NSD's through the week at work if I take a packed lunch. Seems obvious when I think about it now and makes me wonder why the heck I haven't been doing it all along!!!

It's been a spend day today - and it was last night as well. Today was all virtuous (the food shopping we needed to implement this weeks meal plan) but last nights was a bottle of wine and my share of a chinese takeaway with the girls. (It was fun though! )
