Okay, after umming and ahhing I am committing to a NSD today and another tomorrow- I have decided. Unfortunately not hibernating as I have to work, but on the upside I get free drinks at work so just need to take some food with me to see me through to 9pm:eek: .
Tomorrow I am going to my Nan's for a lovely dinner and then board games all afternoon! By the time I leave, the shops will be closed.
We need milk but I will persuade OH to get that as he is the one that uses that. I have soya (Sainsburys basics) and we still have lots of that left;) .:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
Today will be a NSD as I'm staying at home and so won't be going into any shops!
Hopefully tomorrow will be a NSD too as I've got stuff to do for my DM at her house before she goes into care so I'll at least be avoiding the shops and keeping money in my purse - just remember to take tea and milk with me as I won't be able to survive without my cuppa!
Have a good day everyone.I won't buy it if I can make or borrow it instead

I've managed to score 5 NSDs so far this year, largely due to spending New Year watching the fireworks with the 'rents and the general mood of austerity at my workplace (They've announced redundancies are coming, but we don't know who yet.)
Jacks, have you seen that the Daily Mail are giving Cranford away on dvd?0 -

A spend day for me today, as it's our day to do our main grocery shop. But one of the great things about this challenge is that we now make sure we plan our meals for the week and make a full list - that way we don't have to pop out on another day for just one more thing (and come away with four or five others...)Mortgage-Free Wannabe!
