Thanks for the feedback, like one of you mentioned, it may make people think I am on the fiddle. Seeing as the company I work for has been cutting people/wages/perks as much as possible, I can see if I drive in and park up they will all think the car allowance is too generous, and cut it!

The actual car's are ok, its that sodding awful diesel lump that goes in the front thats the hateful bit...

Stood in BCA Derby a mointh back, watched a 57 plate, 38000miles make just £24000ish. A bargain if ever there was one - but metalic red, so no good for your lad!!

& as for the x-Type, I wasn't over impressed, when I tried one a couple weeks back, but I am a fan of Jaguar brand. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1342627&highlight=vansboy lots good stuff there.

See how it sounds when you say...I've a Jaguar on the driveway... (as oppoised to Passat/Mondeao/anything else... )
