Sorry, I don't know if it's been mentioned yet but Meadowhall branch has several Krupps coffee makers half price at £50 and a nice looking Morphy Richards one for £33.

Why does it not work for me?

Gathered up £20 worth of stuff (which didn't really need) to get 300 points but then asked the SA take £5 worth of stuff off because vouchers i had wouldn't work so that took me below the £20 so bought £15 worth of stuff and got no extra points.
To begin with, why not forget about the "XX points on a £XX spend" offers and instead concentrate on just the straightforward offers. Even go the till separately with each offer, until you're a fully fledged Boots tart! ;)
I tried to buy a jemima kidd nailfile for £2 to get the 300 points from the coupon in the mag but that didn't work (I know it says not on accessories but seeing as they give away ab machines for nothing I thought I might be in with a chance - but no, didn't happen.
Remember that it's really only the loopholes (TD and Ab Toners being good examples) where the till will do daft things. For most transactions, the till will operate in a perfectly logical manner, so that if the voucher is for a specific product and you try it for something else, you'll probably be unsuccessful. (Although of course, this is a very good way of discovering the next great Boots loophole!!)
I had a £1 EA vouchers which tried to use on a £2 sleep essence thing (not reduced and not a miniature but it didn't work either).
Was it definately an EA product? May be some weird till glitch? If this was a single transaction, you would probably not have been so bothered about arguing the toss to try and get the voucher manually adjusted just for this one item.

    Don't give up angus1 - practice makes perfect! :)

    Would this work?

I take the EA Pillow Mist Spray and the Ab Toner to the till. I get the SA to try the £1 EA voucher - it won't work, as the spray is from the EA miniatures range ... so I look all disappointed <practice disappointed look :( > and say 'oh well, if it doesn't go through the till then it obviously can't be used with that item', then I hand over the 2 vouchers for the Ab toner and ask sweetly 'oh well try these instead' They'll be put through the till and hey! bingo!!! :D Free Ab Toner :rotfl:

could someone please answer me a quick couple of questions.
does the £3.00 hair voucher work on reduced items? and what is the cheapest thing to purchase to use the 300pt AC voucher for N07 skin concentrates? i have a vague recollection of it being mentioned that it would work on any N07 skincare product
    please help,

    many thanks

There is about 12 hours to go till the "change one thing" ends. Can people if possible please let others know of locations if there are still ab toners available and TD & DR products worth getting. There are TD in brentwood with lip plumpers still left for a starter. Thank you in advance for your contributions. Also the alternatives range spot stick reduced here to 99p with coupon free. Does not expire till 2007 - the spot stick that is.

Used a £3 hair voucher on a reduced item last weekend. No problems at all.

  • This offer starts on 1st February so maybe worth mentioning on the next boots grabbit thread - I have posted it b4 but just incase someone has missed it.

Free No.7 Gift worth £33 when you spend £15 on No.7

I don't think this has been posted yet but just flicking through this month's issue of New Woman magazine (March 2006 page 30) and there is a full one page advert.

Free No.7 gift worth £33 - there is a lilac bag, a nail varnish, mascara, beauty serum, uplifting day cream, time resisting hand cream, intelligent colour foundation and a lipstick.

£15 spend must be in a single transaction, see in store/online for details. Offer available from 1st February to 28th March 2006. Whilst stocks last.

hiya, i mentioned thsi before als (but cant remeber which thread!) if youve joined teh boots parenting club as a preganant member you get a free no7 voucher up to the value of £16, (but only one product) so if you choose a £15 or £16 product and also pick up the free gift and pay for it at a normal till, not a no7 till and let the sa scan everything through first then hand the voucher over when you pay, you get the free gift! (a freebie with a freebie!)

    :)
