I decided to spend some of my points as well. I got thermo-rollers by Babyliss. Wanted to make surprise when I went to meet my boyfriend in London this weekend, but tby the time i reaached London, my hair were straigth as always!!! :mad:Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
seems to be doing more reductions in sheffield high st store. got hycincth kit for £1 instead of £8 (which seems a lot!). beer and cufflinks £1. Whitards tea, mug and biccys for £2. and more, she was still going round doing hand written things, but i had to go.
no TD, but did have DR hand sets (didn't get any though as i have enough for me and friends).
West st still has wipes coming in regularly, found another SA who didn't realised they were free. she looked chuffed. think she'll be getting herself some. not seen any EA cheap in sheffield.0 -
Will help me keep check on my weight loss, when it starts happening!!
Jaxxy00 my other half has gone on a calorie controlled diet (doing very well) but I did happen to notice some very interesting ammunition for my next trip to Boots!!!
Shopping 325 - calories per one and one half hour Go to Boots
Driving Car 125 - calories per one and one half hour Drive to an out of town Boots
buying the TD lip plumper and then
Kissing 150 - calories per one and one half hour
So I say if you wanna lose weight GET SHOPPING!!!

Well I tried to get the capsule gym ball in my local boots using the two coupons and bought a bag of sweets as well. They were having none of it and checked with a supervisor and pointed out one coupon per purchase
I suspected as much.

In my Boots the Barefoot doctor stuff is all reduced. Most things were 50p but the body scrub was 25p.0

 I hope she meant that she didn't blame you for wanting the points, or it would have been straight to the manager if I were you. :eek:0 -

Perhaps only buying a bag of sweets with them gave the game away. The SA I went to scanned my coupons through the till first, and then scanned the items in my basket. Try and find someone young - in my local Boots, there's a young girl who never looks at the coupons you give her and just scans everything through. She's my favourite0 -
Yes jaffacakes she meant didnt blame me for wanting the points. I only had about £2 worth at the beginning of the week, so ive had a good week. Its been the 300 point No7 voucher that has helped a lot. They are really good at accepting vouchers at the normal tills anyway. I have to say there is a bit of a dragon on the makeup counter who wouldnt let me use a voucher in the past when everyone else on here was using it. So i know how you feel mich-city, poor you. So if i want anything now i always take it to the normal tills. I totaly agree dragonfly02 shopping has got to be the best way of using calories and losing weight and all the bagfuls of bargains we carry help us to tone up!! Well done cotsvale on your weightloss, keep it up.
I can lose weight as i have done it in the past but i just have to be in the right frame of mind. I went from 18 stone down to 13 stone in about 9 or 10 months. I done it through a way of eating i devised myself after finding out i had gallstones. So stick to however you are losing it and i hope you get to where you want to be.0 -
