When I was in Croydon on Sat, if you bought at least two items from the Jemma Kidd/Urban Decay/Karen Millen and some others you got £5 off, but not sure if you can combine the two offers.Thomas born 28/08/2010 weighing 5lbs and 4ounces, small but perfectly formed :j:j Now weighs 19lbs and 5 ounces

livalot wrote:Palescene, Kirstielou and 80934 sorry to hear you had problems with your EA vouchers. Do any of you remember exactly which reduced EA minis it was for? In my local store they had about 7 minis but they were £1.99 each and on a 4 for 3 offer. I thought I might get one of them next week....what do you think? They were not reduced. My EA voucher however worked on my reduced orange candles on Saturday so a little confused
TIA
I tried to get an EA bath miniature today costing £1 but it didn't deduct the £1 voucher, in fact the item wouldn't even scan in, the SA had to manually register it but, on the same transaction, I also got £1 deducted off TWO sets of £2.50 (down from £5) room scented oils and an EA Body mask which was reduced down to £1.24 so only paid 24p for it. So that was three EA reduced items on one voucher. Couldn't really moan about not getting the fourth!0 -
St Helens Boots (The one on the retail park by B&Q, Currys etc)
Loads of DR stuff reduced and still on BOGOF. Got some body spritzers reduced to £5, face wash £5. Loads of hand balm and rescue mask there also. Also got some Glitter Babes sparkling body spray for 49p BOGOF.
They were also making further reductions on their christmas ranges. Crackers were £10 now £1. Bang on the door mug/mallows £1, gift tags 10p, rolls of gift wrap 20p.
All these reductions and DR were at the back of the store.0 -
I've still got one DR voucher left and am dreading having to go back into Boots to use it - think I'll leave it now until the end of the month as I have so much stuff that it'll take me and mum all year to get through it.
Got a mini EA pillow spray and it didn't take the £1.00 off - poo - only realised when I got home!
Nothing left in TD or DR for a fiver or under now and I thing other MSE'ers have hit the Leamington store as all the EA reduced stuff has been stripped - lol
Loads of all the vouchers there though but I just can't be bothered to go to Boots for the next week - pop in on 31st and thats it!
Mind you, since using the anti-blemish DR stick on a zit - it has got bigger - not happy!!Noli nothis permittere te terere

Boots have reduced all their wiskey, vodka and beer gift sets to £1 or £2 and I got a Girls only cocktail set with a 70's CD down to £1 from £10. The assistant hadn't even put out the reduced stickers she hadn't had time so some shops might still have a lot of stock. Also Christmas Wrap down to 25 and 50p.Kathy0

Well this week ive been in Boots a few times (mainly to try and get something with my TD vouchers as still not had anything except one eye cream, i want the lip plumper). Well one visit i checked the AC machine and got 100 points with the pure range and 50 points with boots shampoo. So i see that the shampoo and conditioner range was bogof and some was £1.79 but some was 99p. So i got a 99p shampoo and a 99p conditioner. I checked the pure range and most varieties were £2.49 a bottle but the white smell bottle was £1.14 bogof. So picked up two of them. Went through the till at 99p for the shampoo and conditioner and £1.24 for both pure bottles, totalling £2.23 and received 258 points (250 of which were AC points), so in effect got paid for taking them away. Didnt think but i used 2 50 points for the shampoo but only one for the pure range. I should have tried using 2 for that too.
It seems they let me use any vouchers in my Boots (not that im complaining). I noticed the AC is giving 200 points on the detox range and there are face masks and body sets reduced to £2.50 each so i got a set of each and used 2 vouchers so in effect got them for 50p each.
Reduced bargains i found were Kangol hair wax should have been about £6 and was £1.31. Kangol shower gel was £2.99 now 75p. Loreal purezone foam gel face wash was about £6 now £1.24. When i brought these items along with some more shampoo and conditioner i handed over a stack of vouchers and thought i would try my luck. I said to the women im after the points as i hope to have enough to get a set of scales and she said 'i dont blame you'. She put through all the vouchers i gave her which got me another 1000 points. They were the 2 x 200 detox vouchers, 1 x 300 no7 skin voucher (hadnt brought) cant remember the others but do know that there were others that went thorough even though i hadnt brought them.
And yes i had 2400 points so i had enough to get the scales for 2145 points. They are the weightwatchers body fat and water ones etc. 10 year guarantee with 10 person memory etc. Must have been reduced down to £21.45 as its an odd amount and they are worth more than that. They are glass and very smart looking. Will help me keep check on my weight loss, when it starts happening!!!0 -
