May I ask where you found the aromatherapy candles. I have been looking for those all week.

Last Friday and Saturday there were TD wipes in abundance in Watford, but now they seem to have disappeared. In fact, they have disappeared from every Boots I have been to this week.

They are on the upper floor, at the back on the left of the pharmacy. lowest shelf. I got two, there were quite a few left.
  • hi all, love this boots section, have had alot of help from people, and advice, everyone seems to be helping each other, i am still pretty new here, and would love some help, i have collected a few of the td stock, got lots of points and some great deals,

i was wondering if anyone could help me, to cut a long story short, i ran the london marathon last year for a local childrens charity and had to raise £1250 which i eventually raised !! this year i am running it again ( know yes i am mad) i am running an auction night at my childrens school,to help boots my target so i have put together all the td freebies into gift bags, as there will be alot of mums there i would love some of the glitter babes set, but alas cant get any.

if anyone has a store local to them that does have these and would be willing to pick them up for me, of course i will fully remburse both the cost and the postage, i will be very gratfeul please pm me

plus you will be doing your bit for charity

Small Boots in Bamber Bridge had a whole load of the yellow booklets today. They don't sell DR or TD though.

None in Chorley, and none of the cheap TD left (they don't sell DR).

No cheap TD at Middlebrook apart from the £6 face mask (which the SA highly recommended, having had "hundreds of these things" herself!!), but the DR shelves are regularly replenished. No leaflets.

Preston Deepdale also has quite a bit of DR, but not much TD stuff left and no leaflets.

I went to Kingswood Boots, Hull today and they were restocking the clearance shelves with 'new' stock at 75% off! Didn't have time to hang around but grabbed a Botanics Bath Set including Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Foam, Body Scrub and Scrub Glove for £5.00 reduced from £20 and a No17 Mega Kit including Brush Kit, Mirror, Emery Board and loads of Make up in a metallic purple round vanity case (including a £1.00 off voucher valid til 31.01.06) again £5.00 reduced from £20 (forgot about the new gift set offer, bah!). Thet had loads more boxes of stock to put out - don't know what - so will 'have' to call in again!

Hi there. It was me who got the shampoo yesterday.
There was lots of it left as well. If it helps anyone it was at the Stratford East London branch of Boots.

I don't know if it was on this thread or another one that they had got some Trevor Sorbie Body & Bounce shampoo reduced to £2.50 (and possibly a miniature as well) and therefore free by using the £3 voucher. I didn't have time to have this item scanned but the SEL was £4.99. Anyone else had the shampoo for £2.50?

    Kind regards[/QUOTE]

I managed to get the DR BOGOF nail/hand x2 for £8.49 - £5 (TD/DR)+300points from mail out. When it went through the SA said ' I thought we'd closed that little loophole'. Meaning as I took it, the TD/DR vouchers.

The TD shelves were stacked to brimming over................but sadly only with everything over a fiver!

Number 7 moisturiser £7 - £5 (7 voucher)+300 uplifting points from AC machine. So they paid me a £1 to take it away!

Number 17 mascara reduced to £1 +100 points from mail out.

Boots indigestion tabs reduced to £1+100 points from mail out.

Essential Aromatherapy body mask: was £3.49 reduced to £1.24 - £1 (lilac leaflet), so paid 24p.

Essential Aromatherapy bathing powder: was £4.99 reduced to £1.49- £1 (lilac leaflet), so paid 49p.

BOGOF mens hanging Botanics wash bags with 6 items in x2 was £10.75 reduced to £4.37 for the 2!
    Paid with points

2 Simpsons fridges with the choc in was £6 reduced to £1.50
    Paid with points

Star wars tin reduced from ? to £2.66
    Paid with points

Star wars Darth Vadar money box reduced from ? to £3.33
    Paid in points.

This was in Lewisham Boots, if that's any use to anyone. They also had the Glitter Babes body sprays for 25p.................I don't know any girlies for those though (these were upstairs in reduced section).

Then went shopping in Asda. Got a refund for the item I bought last week for £1.85 and a £2 gift card + £5.40 using coupons from mags.

    Superdrug 4 x s/t's free using £1 coupons from last 4 packs.

Out of curiosity I added up my costs today............I even managed to surprise myself!
Actual total of goods (including Boots and the other 2 shops): £100.14 Actual cash paid out £13.49..................meaning a whoping saving of £86.65
All thanks to MSE and its members.
I am soooooooooooooo glad I found this site.

Tried to use £3 hair voucher on reduced Charles Worthington shine spray, 2 lots at £1.65 each, but it wouldn't scan, although it didn't say on the voucher that it didn't work on reductions...
