Yes, but booking online using priority reference enables you to get confirmation of where and when immediately without having to wait until 28th Feb for confirmation. :-):confused::p

Yes i agree, if i couldnt book online i wouldnt bother as you are not sure on what dates you will get, difficult to plan time off work as well.

I see your point That was always part of the fun for my 2 children though. Coming home from school everyday asking if the letter has come yet. "Where are we going? Where are we going???" LOL

Can I just clarify if I have enough tokens to send off. I've got the starter token, the online token and tokens 1 to 8. Is this enough to send away now?

Also, I want to go away in the February half term in the North West somewhere. The booking form doesn't make it clear which parks are open in February. Does anyone know which are open then?

Hi, Just checking if anyone else is having problems booking? The website keeps sending me round in circles. I have the reference, 8 codes but not sure if you have to use a registered e-mail as I have new e-mail address since last booking? Any help would be appreciated.

I have a "Sun Bonus Free Ents" voucher, but never received the priority application brochure with my MORE important booking reference number(!!).

Can anyone tell me:

What Parks in the South West accept the "Free Ents" voucher?
What does the "booking reference" look like?
How many digits before the "/"?
Is the "Booking reference" anywhere on the mailing I received with the "Free Ents" token?

I really want to book my £9.50 holiday - but I'm currently having to resort to doing the paper vouchers again!!

Looking forward to getting some replies.

7 digits then / then another 3 digits. It's not on the free ents letter, they are totally separate, and were sent to different groups of people it seems lol!

i don't know which parks accept the free ents voucher, i wasn't sent one. all i know is butlins don't accept it.
