Hi
I got the last display model yesterday from Comet in Rochdale, there was no box or instructions so I asked them to download the instructions from the website and they did no problem. Your reciept from Comet is your 12 months guarantee
You put the water in the bottom tray.0 -
s,m,l = size of ice
water in bottom trayTreat everyday as your last one on earth! and one day you will be right.0 -
In the back of the instruction booklet there is a telephone number for advice and service
01132793520
They should be able to send you a booklet if Comet won't print one or they could give you their website so you can download it yourself0 -

I phoned up the main switchboard and they told me that they were all sold out all over Britain. Managed to get the direct number from "say no to 0870" and phoned the Aberdeen branch. The girl there told me they had one boxed and one on display. Got her to keep them back for me and my OH picked them up on his lunch break. Got them for my mum and mum-in-law. Fed up with them asking me for bags of ice all the timme. Now they can make their own. Pity I paid one hundred pounds more for my one though. Nevermind.:j little fire cracker born 5th November 2012 :j0
