Got a question for you re the adventure hol you posted in the postal thread.
I was telling a friend [shes a non comper!] about it and she was going to enter, but as she normally doesnt enter competitions was afraid shed get bombarded with texts from that no. I could only assure her that I havent in the past.
So I was wondering if there was any details in the fine print eg if....text STOP to XXXXX? or something like that! Or where did u get the mag and maybe she could pick one up!
Onbelhalf of my friend, who yes, is mad enough to enter:rolleyes: - thanks for posting the comp!:A
Kim_P!
good luck to your friend then:D :T
its from prevue which you can get from vue cinemas, looked through terms and nothing said about texting stop, so dont think you would get any other messages as it normally says, i try to put as much terms into the post that i think are needed, but says extra terms here though http://www.conceptpublishing.co.uk/rules/0 -
Regardless what it is I think when a child has a lifetime illness of course your going to worry but I do think sometimes you've got to let go a little, however hard it must be. Going to sign off soon but I'm always here hun xxxx2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please0

Princess moneysaver, and pixiedust don't worry about your kids.
I don't mean this in a bad way...i mean obviously you have to give them injections/inhalers, etc!
But they're the ones who are taking them!
They will know the importance of taking them, and will get into a routine with it themselves!
You/everyone else could panic/worry about what will happen as much as you like...but they will probably be having the time of their lives, without a worry in the world because they are so used to doing it!
You could both be needlessly be worrying about nothing...your kids could both be more mature/able to cope than you think!!
Hope you understand my post...i know what i wanted to say...don't know if it came across as right!!0 -
PMS, my dd has lots of food allergies, (dairy, egg and soya,) what does your dd suffer with. It horrible letting them start school and things get out of your control I found.
PrincessPixie, I can completely see your reasons behind not letting him go.My light may be on, but that doesn't always mean I am looking at the PC - I am far more likely to be cuddling or feeding Tianna atm, so please don't think I am ignoring you if I don't reply quickly
Our Precious Baby Tianna has now joined our Family, she is much loved and very welcome, xxx0 -
Thanks for double checking for me.
Kinda cautious of recommending it as she wouldnt normally enter.
I realised i interruped your convo on diabeties, sorry!!0 -

So far we know she's allergic to penicillin (found that out at 12 days old ) , has had bad reactions to onions, perfumed products (bubble baths, soaps, washing powders etc) & Huggies nappies of all things. She's on the waiting list to have the full allergy tests done so until then it's just trial & error.2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please0 -
PPD. at some stage yu are gonna have to let go. not yet obviously but communication with teachers, those in charge. If there is a situation that someone else can do it instead of you, hard as it is, step back. You must, If you were run down by a bus tomorrow, God Forbid, Who would do it then? If Help is at hand take it, cautiously , yes but, you know what I am saying. You are MUM. (OMG) but he will soon be a teen then a man and you will not always be there.0

I know what you mean, DD is one of the most mature 9 year olds I know & has only ever had one bad asthma attack - luckily I was there at school cos the teachers were useless - but she was so calm with it talking to a member of staff through it she was fab I know it sounds daft but I was really proud of her that day.2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please0 -
