Hi Bella, I went to sleep at 6am!!! :mad:
So having to get up at 9am to drive to uni was a complete no-no!!!!!

Got pills for insomnia from gp, but they make me go into such a deep sleep i can't even get up in the morning at all!!!!
GP said its stress-related!!!!

Tried al herbal remedies from holland barrett, lavender pillow and room sprays.etc.
Long baths with lavender candles and bath salts relax so much, much still don't make me get to sleep!!! :mad:
