if you have a bath massage your hip and even to painfull gently rotate your knee and hip (under the water)and if you have a oh lie on ur tummy and get him to massage from the back.it should help to relax it a bit,and rest your leg on a pillow in bed to stop it knoting and swelling hth xx

Thanks hun i will give that a try tonight - the pain is moving all down my thigh, back, bum and now as far down as my knee xxx

its eating the catfood ive left out for it (oh just reminded me i have a hh house at the bottom of the garden):o
