Google, Yahoo, etc, and [STRIKE]spam emails[/STRIKE] newsletters, mostly, and a lot of us have sites that we check regularly (you still need to do the searches, however, in case someone finds the comp before you).

Not working at the mo - trying to get ready for the move to Oz in Feb!

Yeah some people post comps and are beaten by minutes!! must be sooo frustrating!!!! :mad: :mad:

A race to post comps...I wouldn't be able to do it...would be too nervous, make mistakes and always get beaten to it!!

Sooo lucky...I would love to visit their one day...if only for the weather there!!!
Is the move to Oz going to be permanent???

4 years at the start, with trips back, hopefully, if the citizenship works out - OH is Aussie. Up in the tropics, so it never gets below effing hot and drippy. And the light stays the same more or less for the whole year.

Missed lots of things from over here last time - it's very americanised (got lots of family over there on my side) but different enough not to be that place.

I can't imagine how hard it would be adjusting to another country, after you've lived here for years!!!
Although, financially it would be easier for you there, because they don't pay taxes do they, or they probably do, but less than uk!!! Housesbare better and cheaper there too!!!

Yep, I've already changed the delivery address for the wins!!

OH has spent most of his time with me over here, so not such a big deal; I went over for 6 months two years ago to see what it was like.

I have a flat in central london, and he bought in the centre of Cairns, which was a lot bloody cheaper, and with a pool!
