KTF. This life !!!!! I cant believe these days. yes I old but I am so lucky to have seen the days in my littluns time when we were people talking to real people on the phone, in offices, and someoneone actually caring. Not Just computer details and numbers and no one is liable for such insensitivity WE ARE PEOPLE WE HAVE FEELINGS WE ARE NOT STATISTICS AND NUMBERS Is it too late to get this message through.

Firstly i'd like to offer my condolences, and on top of that you have to go through the threat of prosecution!! :mad:
Sooo insensitive b*****ds, im getting worked up now too, on your behalf!!

I agree with Josie, write a letter detailing your reason, and complain that you are extremely angry/ fuming/ at the shoddy company they are running, that they cannot even get their facts straight before threatening innocent families with legal action.
Take it right to the top of the ladder babe, and demand that they do something about it to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else again...other people may not be as strong as you!!!

My mum still gets post addressed to her and my Dad, and she was widowed 5 years ago now - she still gets really upset, so I always ring up as her - 20 questions if you say you're ringing on behalf of someone else, but if you just say you're the person they generally ask your address and that's it. Do you have someone who could ring for you?

I (currently) have 1 parcel to give away, I know that from yesterdays message people are reluctant to add me :-( but if someone can tell me 'exactly' how to put my facebook name on here I will submit it so that someone can then add me so that I can give my current 1 parcel away.

I'm not really concerned about winning from this but don't want someone to potentially miss out on winning a prize from a parcel I am hogging.

If not I am going to rampage MSE Dieters and send an add request to everone on there :j hehe :-)
