    I'm up... today I have...

Laid in bed reading for nearly 2 hours.
Cut my toe nails.. and filed them so they are ready for painting.. but I need to wash them first.

I'll go look for my list .. then look AT it.

DD1 is in the dog house!
    DS1 is in bed
DS2 stinks.. and he and DS3 can get their pit tidied!
DD2 can also do some tidying
and the 3 small pinks are nagging to go to the park..

I'd be quite happy to have another week off school/college

Good to see you've been busy while I've been out!

Recycling moved to the garage, yoga stuff (blocks, bricks, ball, blanket, belts) in the car, as is the washing stuff I use at the gym. Another load (last I hope) of laundry has just finished... it's the woollens, so will need to hang up inside. Coats/rucksacks etc that used to hang by the back door rescued from the study and hung back up again.

Duvet purchased and in living room with a couple of old cushions for the dog. She likes pillows (she's a very spoilt gundog - and as she's 9, is getting a bit creaky), and she likes this house as she can keep an eye on everyone at the same time, whereas my parents' house is long and thin, and she's not allowed to wander round, so she doesn't always know what everyone is up to!

Windows closed & heating back on - but the condensation seems to have mostly gone (the joy of metal windows... there was ice on the frames on the north side of the house this morning!

I can now get as far as the bathroom, but next task is to clear the bookcase at the top of the stairs (I've been putting homeless stuff on it) so I can bring it down to go in the garage, and then the landing will be clear so I can hoover and wash all of upstairs except the study...

No idea when my parents are arriving... I assume they'll contact me at some point. They just said 'late lunchtime'!
