Morning all, we managed to get a b&q quote the other day for the kitchen and it was £3500.00, bit shocked as that was with 50% sale and all the independent companies we tried were coming in the same price. So we were hoping that it would have been around the £2000 mark, think i'll try homebase and see if there any lower and then go back to b&q.:rotfl:

Plan today is get on with list and need to go into town and pay a few bills and spend my christmas vouchers on pj's.

    ''Anyone advise please''
Have won an item on ebay too (well hubby did) and it's from America but the seller won't make contact about the p&p costs (we've sent him 3 messages), we've phoned him too but no answer. It did say on the listing post to America but hubby got abit over excited. The seller is now doing the same items on ebay uk. I know i have 7 days to pay but that will run out on sunday, what do you think i should do? Should i just pay the total eventho i know it should be more? Can i cancel it without getting into trouble?

Right better get the kiddies dressed and have a cuppa, anyone want one?:coffee:

All feeling unwell, take it easy and i hope your all feeling better soon.

I forgot - warming vibes to Pigpen! Why now, FGS? It's flippin' freezing!

Toots - for your list - Jasper, Star, Tigger (who weighs a whole stone coz he's twice the size of his sister!:eek:and Tara, and a tank full of fish (including yet more baby platies)

Pigpen - our New Year disaster is fairly minor - the fish tank's leaking, but having called my brother (The Oracle), I half emptied it which reduced the pressure and identified the leak is in the top half! :T

  • I don’t mind at all. I may use it as well. I just can’t remember where I saw it. Not sure if it was someone on MSE’s sig or somewhere else.

Back from one 15. Dishwasher is having a clean, practically everything I took out of it felt bitty :( Which is a right pain as now I have to wash most of it. Washing machine also on.
