I emailed them about the fact that one of the bills was for £2000 (I have nothing else to do...) and now they want me to phone them so they can 'explain the situation'. I hate using the phone so not sure whether or not to phone but I'm quite interested in hearing their response. Not sure why she couldn't just explain it in the email though...

Oooh, go for it! I can't imagine that there's any shortage of players, so would love to know their excuse!

I've tried phoning twice and it keeps going to voicemail. Do you think I can just email her back saying she can explain via email? I don't think I can face trying again :o

I don't really want to give them my phone number, just tried again and still going to voicemail.. Will try again after 11 as they may be on a break I guess.. Wish I'd never emailed now...
