We just had the priveledge of the office radio revoked by our manager......very Draconian enforcement. :-(
So no more Absolute and no way of checking if my bill is to be paid other than this forum now......my lifeline.
Apart from that it's just a real morale killer right now not having the music playing.0 -

Get everyone to do less work and then when they complain say your productivity levels are obviously higher when you have background music
or.... tell them you wouldn't be needing to listen out to get your bills paid if they paid you more in the first place :rotfl:
I did work experience in an accountants office once and they worked in dead silence. Apart from every say..... 2 hours someone would crack a joke, they'd laugh for 5 minutes, then silence for another 2 hours   That was hard going, so I feel for you!!!0 -

Thanks for the "feeling" Lucyxx
We are formulating ideas on how to overthrow this decision, and the under-productivity is a good one, thanks....
Not sure about the pay approach....but I like it....:rotfl:0 -
