    What I mean is that it tells you your body fat as a % of your weight which can be quite scary...........I plan to turn all my fat into beautifully toned muscle:D

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Think we are going to one of my best friends houses for Dinner Linda, they are emigrating to Auss in the new year so will be the last one we get to spend together for a long time. Its also my birthday so no doubt will be having a drink or 2 to celebrate another year!

    we are staying in. I said again to OH about going to the local pub and he got narky and said no - because it would be 'expensive, busy and sh~t'. When I asked why it would be 'sh~t' I was told 'because it would'. I asked how a night that was 'expensive, busy and shi~t' on New Year's Eve compared to one of his many night out in Poole that lasted until 4 am on a Sunday morning with the lads from football in a crowded bar such as Yeates and he wouldn't answer.......:rolleyes:

    Hmmm. no probably not. He doesn't want a relationship, he never has the time. Which I know is sad but we meet up every six months or so.Its so weird, he works at the end of the road my school is on. He is very clever and really good at what he does.

    I think he was quite suprised at how ok I was, as in no questions or suggestions. I should give him up and have tried to but I honestly don't think he would do me any harm. He has been a really good friend for a long time now.

    and still really makes me laugh.
