    Hello everyone

I'm really pleased today as I have spent all day in the kitchen making freezer meals out of leftovers that I would normally throw away.. Went to in-laws' yesterday for a meal and they gave us leftover salmon, prawns and chicken, so with my own leftovers I made:

    Salmon and prawn fishcakes
    Chicken, broccoli and potato pie
    Gammon and egg pie

Am really pleased as I am determined to not go shopping for at least a week and want to start the new year as thrifty as possible!

very light spend today, the only thing non-food items i bought in asda were two paperbacks for £7.
having tea at a friends, then going for a non alcoholic drink afterwards.

Great idea about the picture board Candy, if it motivates you to the things you want, then it sounds worth it.

And I have actually got the big sheets of paper. I am off work on Friday, and hopefully I will have the house to myself so that I can do the pictureboard and work through the journal that was in the Psychologies magazine that I have bought.

Andan, cant believe how long your list is each day - don't you ever run out of time for these things? :rotfl:

Hubby and I went to see that last night too. I though that it was going to be rubbish, but said to OH 1/2 way through that I really enjoyed it.

Only on occassions and i'm not best pleased if i do:mad::rotfl:

I am just a really motivated person:o:rotfl:Believe there is too much to do in this world whilst were here to not take advantage of the situation. Hated it last week and this week when i have been, as i had to have a shortened list. Being ill and lieing on the couch for hours is my idea of hell!!:rotfl:

Have fun making your motivation boards. One millionaire made his motivation board on his computer and had pics as his screensaver. Every morning he liked to look at it for a minute or so, to remind him why he was doing it all. People like that have me mesmorised!!

p.s. i have also listed two counselling books on amazon, only bought them a few months ago, but figure i might as well get rid of them now so i can get most of my money back and their not really relevant for the other courses i have planned.
