OK, if you read my previous thread, I managed to get AOL down on price, and received an email from AOL with my price plan details...
I had a bout of curiousness to see if my details had changed over on http://myaolbroadband.co.uk and I got this little message: "Unfortunately, you cannot access this area as you do not currently subscribe to internet access with AOL Broadband. Please visit www.aolbroadband.co.uk or call 0800 954 0340 to subscribe today." Now im worried that theyve took it upon themselves to discontinue my service... So i tried the AOL software [yuck] and typed in "LIVE HELP".. and i was presented with the same message!
Has anyone on AOL had any messages like this lately?:eek:
