The price of waste paper is up at the moment, you can take it to a recycling plant and they will pay you. It's probably not worth taking the amount you would accumulate just from your home in a month as it will cost more in petrol to get it there.

We have recycling bins for glass and tins, and boxes for paper which should be emptied every other week, they empy the general waste in between. Unfortunately the wagon that collects the paper doesn't turn up 9 times out of ten and we have waste paper blowing around for days on end. They have been recycling for 10 years around here and our council tax is still one of the highest in the UK.
