well I am so excited I had to report back
I went to boots straiton (edinburgh) as I wanted to order a kodak camera with my points. The SA was really nice and explained that they didn't have any cameras left apart from one, and he wasn't sure if I could order a sale one - so he would check. Just as he was about to find someone else he suddenly asked which model it was as one had been returned unopened as an unwanted present about 15 mins earlier - and goodness gracious me it was the one I wanted. We opened it up to check it was ok and it was perfect, as I said not even opened previously!
SA scanned it and instead of the £68xx price there was a further reduction to £62xx - YIPEE, SO I paid with points and was one v satisfied customerthen the SA pointed out that the boots own SD 1 GB card is usually £14xx, but was on offer at £9xx, so I got one of those too
and paid cash for my new bluey.
Going to back next week for 'essentials' and to spend my blueyThanks so much without you guys I wouldn't have had the points to buy the camera
