Thanks Pollsdolls for posting the link...I went to bed and couldnt sleep so ended up back on here :o , sorry to all those who cant access it. :A

EDIT it seems that for every item of S&G you buy you can get a GWP free with eg by 2 items get two GWP by changing the quantities (well it works like this in my basket) so i added one GWP @ £4.89 and one hand cream @ £1.96 and the basket now reads 2items @ £1.96

Should defo go to sleep earlier, but a bit of MSE therapy dosen't hurt. The boots thread works so well, one person comes up with something, others modify it and...we all save money. I have had so many bargains thanks to this site/ thread. This forum is very friendly and quite addictive. Some of the other boards have, at times been rather unkind to other posters, which is not so nice, so although I read the grabbits, I only rarely post on them.

aduong, how are you managing that, do you have a product no for the S & G gwp, tried to do so and will not work for me.

I think its because i have the GWP in my favourites and there it is priced at £4.89 and allows me to add it to basket and change quantities etc :o

How can you get it to go in to your favorites.

I saved it in there quite a while ago around the time where it was a GWP the first time around HTH

Ok, you are responsible for me just making an online purchase, lol. I never wear foundation as it seems to never go on smoothly and evenly, but you made me want to try some powder mineral foundation. I found a Web site that lets you buy little sample sizes of powder mineral foundation so you can see if you like it and what color you should get. I tried two different shades at 99p each, and paid 1 shipping, so my total was 2.98 for the lot, and I even could use Paypal so it was a bit less hassle than fishing out the credit card. It is at http://www.lilylolo.co.uk/foundation.php if anyone else wants to sample some before springing for a full-size pot. If I like it I'll give the no7 stuff a go. :)

Thanks for this skibster, i'm going to order some as i'm on a mission to find the perfect mineral foundation:D I placed an order a few days ago for some mineral foundation samples from another site that i found recommended here on the health and beauty board:
    http://www.elementalbeauty.co.uk/

You can chose from soft focus and healing, and i went for the healing one as i seem to have a permanent problem with blemished skin at the moment:mad: so i'm hoping it will do some good. There are also 16 shades to chose from, so you have a better chance of getting one that closely matches your skin type, I ordered 5 samples (mum wanted some too) and it cost just under £5 including postage. I think its great that these companies are promoting their samples, saves you shelling out a lot of money for something which you may not like.

I will be checking out the No7 one as well next time i'm instore, but i suspect the lightest shade will be too dark for me like all the other No7 foundations:rolleyes: so i'll probably just get the blusher. HTH x

Thanks a lot. I had added it to my favourites a few days ago when I managed to finally order one with £12.00 of s & g so it et me order again by ordering one Hand cream and getting one free Admit it you want me. I was so upset in November/Dec when I could not get one but this actually means I got one for £1.96 which is even cheaper than at £5.00 and on 3for2. I ordered some perfume I wanted to make up the order and not pay postage!! Thanks a lot for this tip
