Hi all :hello:
Just had a wonderful hour in boots, got there for when it opened and it was blissShop was empty and I could wander round at my own pace...will have to do that more often

So a really really good shop, got things I will actually use too.....love the olay wipes and nail varnishes are pretty pastels so great for spring...this boosted my points a little so then went and spent a few on a Bachs Night Time bag...only £7.xx and and Estee Lauder Skincare box with full skincare routine in, mirror, and cute washbag for £27.xx which are both bargains!! The contents of both are worth well more :T :T :T
And last but not least....got some hot gossip too
Was wandering round the sale isle (it was lovely...so empty lol) and overheard the manager and some SAs talking...it went along these lines...
SA1: "Well, I don't know why they've sent us all this stock, there's so much on the shelves already, and with this delivery I don't know how we're going to shift it all, we needed this sale stock for boxing day, not now..."
Manager: "Yeah, but most of the stock on shelves is stuff we can't shift, it looks like a jumble sale!! (can't argue with him here, its all the rubbish bits no one wants like tweed gift sets :rotfl: :rotfl: Well, not tweed but you see what I mean) With this delivery its mostly good stuff, ...so should sell well, but we really need to get it sold quick as we have so much new stock to bring out..."
SA2: "Well, we've got futher reductions next week so it should go pretty quick.." (I'm thinking she meant 75% off :T )
Manager: "Well, put some out tomorrow or wednesday, and see how it goes, then save most of it for next week, but I might have to ring and see about having a few evenings or even a weekend of higher reductions.....*big sigh*..."
OMG OMG OMG.....girlies!!! It sounds like they have LOADS of stock, good stuff too....but shall have to wait and see what develops....I mean what they think is good stuff, and what is actually good I don't know...but....hey, lets wait n see....it could be every store the same? Or it could be nothing......but its exciting!!Treasurer and Co Founder of - The Smile It Won't Hurt Club
